This class is half boxing/half cross­ training ­ the perfect blend of both worlds! We'll use multiple forms of training including strongman, plyometrics, and boxing to get your heart pumping. This is a fast paced, high energy class that takes you to the next level by touching on all of the Energy Systems.

We also look to see if you are missing nutrients in your diet and help you choose the right supplements. We use high end pharmaceutical grade supplements threw Vital Nutrients and Thorne. At Kicked Up Fitness we understand that injuries can get in the way and are here to facilitate a program so that you can maintain your workout routine. We specialize in a variety of techniques that increase mobility, reduce pain, and help with flexibility. First, we’ll start with a posture examination to see if you have any imbalances. We’ll then go through muscle testing to make sure all your muscles are firing off properly. In the end, we’ll use various techniques to try to correct any issues found.



Our kickboxing class is a complete workout experience, perfect for all levels. Each class starts with a warm up to get you loose and ready to go. Then, we pump up the volume and get to work. Our highly skilled instructors will lead you through a series of combinations that will strengthen, tone, build endurance, and help you get fit faster than you ever imagined! If you're just starting out, we've got you covered. Our instructors are always available and happy to help you wrap your hands and provide demonstrations of proper technique. 

Burn calories and develop lean muscle in this fun and challenging cross­training class. Crossed Up is the perfect addition to your regular routine. In this class, our instructors use a variety of training techniques including strength training, suspension training, kettle bells, dumbbells, and tire flips to give you a full body, high intensity work out. We are focused on optimizing your results by utilizing our exercise education to program your workouts.

Kicked Up Fitness offers a team of personal trainers, with diverse backgrounds and experience, to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our evaluation process starts with a client questionnaire and a structure and balance test. We compile your results and design a personalized nutrition plan and training program. We also specialize in rehabilitation, so we make sure we’re making you stronger while, all while preventing injury.
